”Felt Marathon”
4 days Tuesday July 20 th – Friday July 23 th Super intensive felt workshop!
In 4 days we`ll make felt flowers (with and without NUNO), 3-dimensional NUNO-scarf, slippers and wine coolers. If time allows we`ll make NUNO-attachments with magnets to seal/further decorate the scarf. Lots of new techniques and designs and a lot of entertainment!
Price 320 euros, includes accommodation and teaching. Participants will prepare their own meals and pay for materials they use. Teaching languages English and Finnish.

“Fabulous scarves & Funky Hats”
4 days Monday July 26 th – Thursday July 29 th
Our goal is to make 1-2 scarves and 3 hats during this workshop! Yes, You ́ll be very busy but You ́ll be busy in a very good company and You`ll learn a lot!

“NUNO-SPECIAL”
4 days Tuesday August 10 th – Friday August 13 th
On this 4 days course we mainly focus on Nuno-felting. We ́ll start with small and giant felt flowers to learn Nuno on smaller scale. We continue with 3-dimensional scarves , scarf decorations/accessories and Nuno pieces for clothing. Like all Elina ́s workshops, this one too is much fun, very fast in tempo and You ́ll end up with sore muscles though Sauna will speed up the recovery and You ́ll have a collection of wonderful felt designs with You when we are done.

The venue
Our venue is a Salusjärvi campsite owned by Orimattila town. The campsite has a fully equipped kitchen where you have good possibilities to prepare meals, so please bring along groceries, since the shops are located 13 kilometres away in Orimattila centre.
The building is not a 5 star-hotel but it has proved to be fully functional. The campsite has one big open hall, kitchen and dormitory style sleeping in two large rooms( many people sleeping in a same room). Additionally there are toilets and showers for ladies and gentlemen. Down by the shore there are two big saunas.
We will be working in the main hall and outside on the terrace. You can have Sauna in the evening and swimming the lake and You can continue making felt in the main hall throughout whole night if You wish to. Elina will teach 8 – 10 hours per day after that You are on Your own. There is enough space for everyone, but in case you know that you are not comfortable sleeping in a dormitory accommodation, please bring a tent with you.
All linens are provided for our foreign participants, except towels. Bring warm clothing, evenings might be cool. There is a fireplace in the hall.
How to pay Your workshop
After registering You will receive an invoice within two weeks. When receiving invoice You ́ll have 2 weeks time to pay it. Invoice must be payed in due time! If the invoice is not payed in time Your place will be given to somebody else. Please note that there ́s a waiting list for this workshop. It would be fair/polite to let us know if You are not coming after all! We will give You a total refund for Your money if You cancel Your workshop before May 1 st 2010. If You cancel after this date we ́ll have to charge 100 €.
